Step 2: Sizing Kit Delivery

Expect to receive your sizing kit within 3 to 9 days. This kit includes sample ring sizers to help find your ideal fit.

Step 3: Find Your Size

Test the sample rings on your preferred finger. We recommend the index finger for optimal performance and accuracy. If you prefer another finger, the middle and ring fingers are good alternatives.

Step 4: Get Your HCM Ring

Confirm your size by visiting the link on the sizing kit’s packaging, and we will ship your HCM Ring to you. Feel free to share your sizing kit with friends and family.

HCM Product Return and Warranty Policy

To provide a high-quality service experience, HCM hereby announces the return and warranty policy applicable to all its products:

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Service

Users can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.
The return or exchange application must meet the following conditions:
1. The product and accessories (such as packaging box, manual, etc.) should remain intact and undamaged.
2. Provide valid proof of purchase (such as order number, receipt, etc.).
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, HCM will cover the round-trip shipping cost.

2. Standard Warranty Policy

All HCM products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (based on valid proof of purchase).
The warranty covers repairs or replacements due to product quality issues, but the following situations are not covered:
1. Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or unauthorized disassembly.
2. Damage due to force majeure (such as natural disasters).
3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

3. Extended Warranty for the First 1000 Users

The first 1000 users who purchase HCM products, with a valid order number, will enjoy an additional 1-year extended warranty for free, totaling 2 years of warranty.
The extended warranty scope is consistent with the standard warranty.
