Born into an average working-class family, he has harbored a keen interest in technology and health from a young age. While studying Biomedical Engineering, John witnessed firsthand the difficulties his grandfather encountered due to limited mobility, which deeply impressed upon him the significance of care equipment in enhancing people's quality of life.

Upon graduation, John resolved to dedicate himself to the medical and caregiving devices industry. He relinquished his stable position as an engineer to establish HCM. His vision was to leverage technological innovation to empower a better living experience for more people, thereby elevating their overall well-being.
